1. What is the Focal Click™ Affiliate Program?
The Focal Click™ Affiliate Program is aimed at website owners and webmasters who
want to promote any of the participating Focal Click™ online casinos on their website(s)
and earn a fee each time a new customer is directed from their site and plays at
any of the Focal Click™ member casinos for real money. The Focal Click™ Affiliate
Program is free and easy to join and is monitored 24 hours a day.

2. How do I join the Focal Click™ Affiliate Program?
First you must agree to our "Operating Agreement" terms and register an account.
Once you have an affiliate account number, then you can display our ads on your
website and begin referring customers to the participating casinos within the Focal
Click™ Affiliate Program. Once these ads have been displayed on your site and linked
appropriately, we will begin to track the activity of any players directed from
your site(s) and you will officially be a member of the Focal Click™ Affiliate Program.

3. Who are the participating members of the Focal Click™ Affiliate
Program?
Only elite, top-notch and reputable online casinos are accepted into the Focal Click™
Affiliate Program. Current members are:

4. How am I paid and what percentage will I receive?
The Focal Click™ Affiliate Program pays you 25 - 35% of the Net Win generated by
each customer that is linked from your site to any of the participating Focal Click™
online casinos.
We offer the following payment options:
E-Cash - usually paid between the 5th and 8th of each month (you will be
asked to provide your E-Cash account # during registration).
Neteller - usually paid by the 10th of each month ($5 minimum required before
payment is made, less than $5 will be carried forward).
Moneybookers - usually paid by the 10th of each month ($5 minimum required
before payment is made, less than $5 will be carried forward).
Check - usually sent out by the 15th of each month ($250 minimum required
before payment is made, less than $250 will be carried forward).
Bank Wire - usually paid by the 10th of each month ($250 minimum required
before payment is made, less than $250 will be carried forward).
Payment Options for US Affiliates:
E-Cash - E-Cash - usually paid between the 5th and 8th of each month (you
will be asked to provide your E-Cash account # during registration). A check withdrawal
can be requested for payment.
Affiliate Speed Pay (ASP) - usually paid by the 15th of the month. (ASP will
deduct $10.50 from every withdrawal you make from us).

5. How do I check my stats to know how much I've earned?
To view the current status of your affiliate account, please visit www.focalclick.com,
login and your stats will be displayed by clicking on the button labeled "VIEW YOUR
STATISTICS" at any time.
Your stats will be updated once per day, usually between 8 - 10 AM Eastern Standard
Time and will also include monthly payout summaries from previous months (simply
click on the appropriate button at the top of the page). Your earnings are guaranteed
to be credited / mailed after the month has ended and not later than the 5th day
of the new month.

6. Why am I not being paid out for player "x"?
There are several reasons why you may not be receiving referral fees for a given
client with the most common being:

The referred customer is not a new user - i.e. this person already has history at
any of the Focal Click™ member casinos.

You (the website owner) have shared user information with the referred customer
prompting us to view the newly referred customer as an old user of any of the participating
Focal Click™ online casinos.

Your ads are not linked to us correctly.
-
The person did not click through the banner on your website (e.g. "word-of-mouth"
referrals).
In each of the above cases we do not pay referral fees. We do not assume any responsibility
for lost referral fees due to incorrectly linked ads or any of the reasons listed
above.

7. Am I paid for customers who order a free CD?
Yes. Our proprietary tracking system will even credit you for those who order a
free CD from any of the participating Focal Click™ online casinos, register an account,
and play for real money.

8. How do I download a banner?
DON'T!!!
All ads in the Focal Click™ affiliate program are served from our servers.
All you need to do is copy the code(s) and paste them in the pages of your website.
When you login, your click through code is automatically embedded in the code for
each ad. It's that simple!

9. I forgot my User Name and/or Account Number. How do I get
it?

10. Can I change my User Name after I have joined Focal Click™?
Yes
Just send a request to marketing@focalclick.com and we'll be happy to change your
username after we conduct a security check.

11. I'd like to play at the casinos to check out what I'm
advertising. Can I do this for free?
You sure can! In fact, we encourage you to do so that you can familiarize yourself
with each of the participating casinos' games. You are welcome to play either as
a guest or for real money. Simply visit the casino website, download/install the
free software, and start playing!

12. I have more than one website. Do I need to complete a
separate Focal Click™ account for each one?
No.
One account is all you need to promote any of the participating casino members of
the Focal Click™ Affiliate Program. And don't forget, you can promote the ads on
as many websites as you have under your control!

13. What is a "URL"?
URL is short for "Uniform Resource Locator" and is also known as a domain name.
Basically, your URL is your website address.
As part of the registration process, you are asked to enter the URL's you control.
Your URL, or domain name, must be a website that you own or control the creative
rights to. You must have webmaster access to these URL's so you can advertise appropriately.

14. Does Focal Click™ provide a URL for newly registered members?
No. To become a member of Focal Click™, you first need a URL prior to submitting
your application, as Focal Click™ does not maintain affiliate websites or provide
URLs.

15. How can I get a URL?
Actually, it's not difficult and there are various ways.
Some ISPs (Internet Service Providers) offer web space that is either included in
your service fees or is provided for an additional charge. There are also many free
website providers available to you on the Internet. To find these services, go to
a search engine (such as Yahoo, Lycos, etc.) and input search words or phrases such
as: free web space, free web hosting services, etc.

16. How do I maintain my website?
You can maintain your own website best through understanding HTML coding. If you
would like assistance learning HTML, or are looking for a simple WYSIWYG ("What
you see is what you get") web editor, you can find a variety of sources by using
a search engine and entering search words or phrases such as: web maintenance, web
design, web hosting, web editor programs, HTML basics, etc.

18. Does Focal Click™ have a policy on spamming?
Of course!
We want to foster a responsible advertising environment on the Internet. Focal Click™
does not accept spam or spammers under any circumstances. If any affiliate is using
spamming practices to market any of the participating members of the Focal Click™
Affiliate Program, they will have their account closed and be removed from the program
immediately. Any payments due the affiliate will also be forfeited.
If you know of anyone who is spamming, please tell us immediately by sending an
email to marketing@focalclick.com.

25. Are SunPoker.com and Caribbean Sun Poker the same room?
Yes, SunPoker.com and Caribbean
Sun Poker are the exact same room just different URL's. You will receive credit
for players you refer to either SunPoker.com or Caribbean Sun Poker. Management
made the decision in 2005 to go with a more marketing friendly name and URL. Caribbean
is a frequently misspelled word.

26. Are tournament fees counted as raked hands?
The hands played at Sit
n go's count as raked hands. At this time, tournament hands are not counted as raked
hands, however, starting March 30th, 2006 players will earn 3 poker points for every
$1 entry fee.

27. I already have an Ecash account, but can not sign-up to Focalclick using that
account. I receive an error. What is the problem?
Please just use the last
6 or 7-digits (the digits after the CS0, C30, C90, etc.) of your Ecash account and
you will have no problem registering an account.

28. If I sign-up using my Ecash account, do my affiliate payments go directly into
my casino/poker Ecash account?
Yes, your Ecash account
will be directly credited. If you would like to change your payment options, please

29. How is Rake Calculated on SunPoker.com?
The house rake ranges from
0 to 5% of the pot, and we take no rake at all if the hand ends before the "flop"
(no flop - no drop).

The house rake is calculated
based on 5% of the pot to a maximum of 3 Dollars / Pounds / Euros rounded down to
the nearest 25 units. We take no rake at all if the hand ends before the "flop"
(no flop - no drop). If a rake is generated in a hand then this is split equally
among the players on the table that were dealt cards. If you have 10 players and
all receive cards, and a rake of $1 is generated then each player will effectively
have generated $0.1 in rake. Please click on the following link for a chart explaining

30. Do you take rake if the pot is under $5?
Yes, Once the pot reaches
$1.00, the house takes $.05 or 5% up to $3.00.

31. What is a raked hand at SunPoker.com?
A raked hands is defined
as one in which a player is dealt cards where the pot is raked. A player does not
have to contribute to the pot for it to count as a raked hand.
